Dear brothers and sisters,

To believe in ourselves we must first love ourselves. When we get to the point of loving ourselves we get to the point of trusting ourselves. We get to the point of believing in ourselves.

We must know that we are more then the mistakes of our past. We are more then what someone else has claimed we are. We must know that we are wonderfully made in the image of God. We have gifts and talents that we and others need. Some of us may not know what they are but we all must know that we have them.

We must know that we are so valuable that a price can not be put on us. Except God the father giving his only son for us. Each and everyone of us is precious.

The beginning of loving ourselves is "Knowing Our Worth." Knowing our worth gives us the understanding that what others say about us has no merit and can not stop us from achieving in life. How others may have treated us has no merit on who we are. For we are precious.

Know that you are precious. Love yourself. Believe in yourself. If we do these things we will achieve in this life.
